Amazing customer service and products! I put note on my order that it was my daughters birthday and she loves kuromi and the seller outdid themselves. Very happy customer and a very happy 8 year old birthday girl. Thank you so much!

I am so happy with the Sanrio mystery box. I ordered the biggest size, and requested to fill it with Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Kuromi items AND I let the shop owner know my favorite color is pink. I opened the box, and all the items inside were pink! I got lots of Hello Kitty and My Melody items, and a couple of Kuromi items. I couldn’t be any happier. Probably gonna order another box in the future. This box basically CURED my deppression. ♡ I’m just kidding, of course, but you get what I mean. ; )

I am super duper happy with this scoop! I requested cinnamoroll only, and after putting the order through messaged the seller to request a plush be included. Both of these were fulfilled and i’m very grateful 🙂 I received: a pencil case, a card holder bag, a soft pouch, a plush, a pen, some stickers, a charm, a pin, and a bonus free kuromi charm. Everything feels well-made and there is no wonky or low-quality art on the items, which i tend to expect from mystery boxes. Overall I’m happy i got a variety of items, most of which are practical and won’t just be put aside. I’m impressed with the quality and that my requests were met, and that the customer service throughout the process was communicative and friendly. I’ll definitely be ordering here again!
